  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Uncontrolled heart arrhythmia (ex. a.fib)
  • Uncontrolled heart failure
  • Uncontrolled bipolar 1 disorder or psychotic disorder (like schizophrenia)
  • Severe, uncontrolled anxiety or depression
  • Severe, active stimulant (cocaine, methamphetamine) use disorder
  • Current, severe anemia
