The first step of the process is to create an account with us. Through your account, you will be able to purchase your assessment and book an appointment to video call with one of our nurse practitioners.

Fill Out Assessment Forms & Questionnaires

After you purchase an assessment and book your appointment, you will be sent forms related to your symptoms and health to fill out. Make sure these are completed 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Online ADHD Assessment Appointment

Attend your scheduled virtual appointment with our nurse practitioners to go over the forms you filled out and to discuss your symptoms, health, and other concerns further.

Diagnostic Appointment & Treatment Plan

Book a second call with one of our nurse practitioners to receive your comprehensive diagnosis and tailored treatment plan. On this call, you will be able to ask questions about your diagnosis and treatment options.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the assessment take?

The online assessment typically takes about 30-45 minutes to complete, and the video calls with your nurse practitioner are 60 minutes. 

How do I schedule my appointments?

When you go to pay for your assessment, you will be prompted to book your first call with one of our nurse practitioners. After your payment is complete, your appointment is confirmed.

Am I able to continue working with my nurse practitioner after the assessment?

Yes, we offer ongoing support at an additional fee ($70 per session) through follow-up appointments where you can work with the nurse practitioner for further support and to make adjustments to your treatment plan as necessary.

What happens if I am not diagnosed with ADHD?

If your assessment finds that you do not meet the criteria for having ADHD, you will still receive an effective treatment plan. Our nurse practitioner will recommend any therapies or other assessments that might be useful for you.
